The White House Correspondents’ dinner was held at the Washington Hilton hotel. That’s the same building Ronald Reagan was shot outside of.
Hilton Worldwide was founded in 1919 by Conrad Hilton. In December of 2024, Conrad was the focus of another decode I did when UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson was assassinated outside of a Hilton Hotel in New York, allegedly by Luigi Mangione.
