Tyler Reddick Wins Daytona 500 One Year AFTER I Predicted

Tyler Reddick wins Daytona 500 with late pass in crash-filled last lap

Last year, I made this post in my first attempt to pick a NASCAR winner. In it, I laid out out a myriad of riddles that pointed to Tyler Reddick, who drove The Beast car last season, to a potential victory at the Daytona 500.

Although Reddick didn’t cross the line first last year, the prediction didn’t seem so bad, as he instead placed just one spot back in second place. If there even is any money to be made in NASCAR, it seems to be on the classic Top-3 bet, and not on a direct winner. But I’m no expert there.

Fast forward one year, however, and lo and behold – Tyler Reddick has won the Daytona 500. So while I obviously cannot see the future, I can apparently see some fuzzy glimmer of it, as anyone with enough perception and patience can.

Dale Earnhardt

Dale and Tyler both won the Great American Race on the date leaving 319 days in the year:

"Earnhardt" = 319 (Latin)

Tyler Reddick was a span of 5 years, 1 months, 8 days old for Dale’s fatal wreck:
