Despite never winning a PGA Tour event, British golfer Tommy Fleetwood put up the best score in this weekend’s Tour Championship, securing the FedEx Cup with his maiden win.

Thomas Paul Fleetwood is from Merseyside, England.

Tommy is a fan of Merseyside residents Everton Football Club, who played their first Premier League game in their brand new stadium earlier that same day:

The name Fleetwood connects him to the band Fleetwood Mac, which ESPN had to point out in their interview with him.
