MrBeast, the world’s biggest and most famous YouTuber, was once considered untouchable in the landscape of online content creation. But that squeaky-clean image has finally come into question, and recent controversies have undoubtedly dealt a permanent tarnish to his brand, although he will still probably be plenty successful in his future endeavors.
The first domino that’s led to all of this was knocked down by disturbing texts and chat logs from one Ava Kris Tyson, who was formerly known as Chris Tyson before divorcing his wife and (attempting to) transition from male to female. Unfortunately, all he’s provided is more evidence that men make terrible women.
While the matter had been brewing for days, MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, did not address it until July 24th, when he made a post on X declaring that Ava Tyson was no longer with the company. As should be expected, this was all done by the numbers.
