Australian F1 Driver Oscar Piastri Wins First Race at Top Level
While I’ve been decoding F1 all season and showing the powerful riddles that connect this global sport to the mainstream news, I’d yet to cash in on a bet. Although I’d only tried a couple times, I’ve often kicked myself after a race once I realized that I was fully tracking the right riddle, but didn’t spend enough time digging to figure it out.
That all changed today, however, as Oscar Piastri took his maiden victory today at the Hungarian Grand Prix, giving me a 12-to-1 win after I placed a bet on Friday night prior to Qualifying on Saturday. I did hedge this bet by placing a small wager on Carlos Sainz to win, as he had a strong Mercurial connection with his age, but that barely made a dent in my winnings.
