WrestleMania Forty, advertised as WrestleMania XL, took place during the two days before the 2024 Great American Eclipse, which completed a series of Solar Eclipses over the United States from the last decade:

The event was held in Philadelphia, which is the birthplace of NBA legend Kobe Bryant, whose death was a riddle connected to the passing of WWE’s Bray Wyatt:

The venue was Lincoln Financial Field, home of the NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles, who have just one Super Bowl championship in franchise history. Kobe Bryant was a big fan of the Eagles, and a Bald Eagle is of course a major symbol of America.

The Main Event was about Rhodes “finishing his story,” while the other World Championship changed hands after a Money in the Bank cash-in. Cody’s father Dusty died at age 69.

WrestleMania XL was the first WWE event to ever have a sponsor logo on its ring mat. It was for Prime energy drink, which is co-owned by YouTuber-turned boxer-turned crypto scammer-turned wrestler Logan Paul:

WWE’s headquarters are in Stamford, Connecticut. On the same date as the Eclipse, the University of Connecticut, which is based in Storrs, Connecticut, won the National Championship.

Philadelphia got its name from the book of Revelation, where John of Patmos writes to the Church of Philadelphia about The Synagogue of Satan.

The venue was Lincoln Financial Field, home of the NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles.

In the Main Event, theson of former wrestling legend Dusty Rhodes won the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship when Cody Rhodes pinned Roman Reigns. Their nicknames are the American Dream and the American Nightmare.

Philadelphia is where Betsy Ross sewed the first American flag – later dubbed The Star-Spangled Banner.

The colors of the Star-Spangled Banner are found on the WWE’s United States Championship, which is currently held by Logan Paul. He was the only one of any four major men’s champions to retain their title at the show.
