Was the Steve Bartman Incident Foreshadowed on TV?
Back in 1987, a new show called Married With Children began its 11-year run. The show was set in Chicago, home of the 312 area code.
“Married With Children” = 111 (Full Reduction).
In Season 1, Episode 11, Peg says a pretty interesting line to Kelly:
“Well honey, maybe someday, they’ll forget about that fan interference call that kept the Cubs out of the World Series and let daddy back into the stadium.”

To anyone familiar with the game, this may conjure memories of Game 6 of the 2003 NLCS, a.k.a. the Steve Bartman game.
So isn’t it interesting that in this very same episode, the character named Steve reveals his middle name to be Bartholomew?

The Marlins wound up scoring 8 runs in the 8th inning to win that game 8-3. Chicago radio Legend “Herb Kent” = 83 (English Ordinal) died at age 88 right before the 2016 World Series, which they clinched by having 8 players share 8 RBI’s. The Cubs even win the World Series in Back to the Future, a movie in which time travel occurs at 88 mph.
