More on Joe Montana and the SB54 Eclipse Riddle
To say I’ve been obsessing over the Super Bowl and the related death of Kobe Bryant this week would probably be a bit of an understatement. I will need to convince myself to move on to other topics soon here.
Before I do, I want to list several final observations about Joe Montana and his wild numerology.
My first post on the 1979 total solar eclipse over Montana
Montana gets its name from the Spanish word for “mountain”, as much of its area is made up of the northern Rocky Mountains. However, it’s impossible to ignore the fact that Montana begins with a –mon prefix, much like the day Monday, which gets its name from the Moon. Joe Montana was born on a Monday.
The total solar eclipse over Montana occurred on 26/2, the 57th day of the year:
Montana sums to 24, the number Kobe wore at the end of his career.
The 24th Prime number is 89
On the date of the Montana eclipse, the state of Montana was a span of 89 years, 111 days old:
The eclipse was in the year ’79
79 is the 22nd Prime number
The Montana Bowl is on the date 2/2/2020. Montana was 22 years old on the eclipse, and still 22 when he was drafted by San Francisco.
The Magic Square of the Moon sums to 3321. On the date of the Montana Bowl, Joe Montana will be exactly 3321 weeks old. The 49ers even enter the game with a 33-21 playoff record.
However, the 1979 eclipse is not the only one that Joe Montana is aligned with. Notice how Montana’s full name has the same gematria as the city he was born in:
The town of New Eagle is very interesting. In the year 2024, another total solar eclipse will cross the United States. Right next to where maximum totality first enters the country, there is a small border town called Eagle Pass, Texas. This is especially strange, considering Montana used to pass the ball (sometimes over men in Eagle uniforms) for a living.
Kobe Bryant’s infamous rape scandal occurred in Eagle, Colorado. Bryant was from Philadelphia, home of the Eagles.
The Joe Montana Bowl falls 218 weeks before that eclipse:
On the date of the 2024 total solar eclipse, Joe Montana will be a span of 303 days after his 67th birthday:
This makes the death of Kobe Bryant even more interesting.
Kobe died on a date with 67 numerology:
It was exactly one week, or seven days before the Montana Bowl, which falls on the 33rd day of the year:
It will be Super Bowl 54
Montana wore #16 for the 49ers, his first championship was in Super Bowl 16, and he played a total of 16 seasons in the NFL.
Joe Montana played a total of 187 career games. Kobe Bryant was 187 days old on the date of the Montana eclipse:
Joe Montana was 22 years, 260 days old
Kobe died on the 26th day of 2020
His best game was on the 22nd day of 2006
His worst game was 262 days after his birthday and 22 years, 260 days before he died:
Remember the date of the Montana eclipse was 26/2, or 2/26 in ’79
Kobe’s helicopter crash fell 79 days after the state of Montana’s date of admission:
