Evidence of NFL Rigging in Giants’ Scores

This is something I noticed long before I knew about gematria that I found to be too coincidental to be…well…you know.

Back in 2007, the New York Giants hosted the New England Patriots in a wild game that warranted its own Wikipedia article. The Patriots won the game to become the first ever team to finish 16-0 in the regular season. They would meet five weeks later in the Super Bowl, where the Giants would exact revenge and beat Tom Brady and the Patriots in the Super Bowl.

The game finished 38-35. This is a sum of 73 points.

But what’s weird about this is that four years later, the Giants found themselves in almost the exact same situation. It was a few weeks earlier in the season, Week 13 to be exact, when the Giants hosted the 11-0 Green Bay Packers, fresh off their season’s Bye week.

That game also finished with a score of 38-35, with the Packers winning to push their record to a “perfect” 12-0. Once again, the Giants would get revenge in the playoffs – New York ended Brett Favre’s career as a Packer with a win in sub-zero weather at Lambeau Field.

Fast forward another four years, to the 2015 season. It’s December 20th, Week 15, and once again, the Giants host an undefeated team late in the season – this time, it’s the 13-0 Carolina Panthers.

Want to guess the score? See for yourself – once again, the Giants lost by a score of 38-35, meaning for a third time in an 8-year span, a team entered New York undefeated in December, played the Giants, and left undefeated after a game with 73 total points.

This is the type of thing most beer-swilling football fans would never notice. But  I always had examples like this in the back of my mind while watching the games…
