The Arrest of President Maduro and the Saturn-Neptune Conjunction
On 3rd January 2026, the US invaded the Venezuelan capital Caracas and arrested the sitting president Nicolas Maduro and his family on charges of “narcoterrorism“.

The operation took place on the date that is written 1/3/26 in the USA.
This was 91128 days after the founding of the US government.
It was a span of 79 years, 6 months and 21 days from the birth of Donald Trump.
It was 222 days before the next total solar eclipse.
It was 26 weeks and 0 days before the upcoming 250th anniversary of the founding of the USA.
This operation was ostensibly about controlling the drug and oil trade. In the 1970’s the Petrodollar pact was agreed between the USA and Saudi Arabia that world oil sales could only be traded using US dollars. Under President Maduro, Venezuela, which controls around 18% of world oil reserves, began to trade oil in other currencies such as Euros, Yuan and crypto.
Revelation 13:16-17 states:
It was 13018 weeks after the founding of the USA. President Maduro was captured in Venezuela and taken to New York, where Donald Trump’s son in law once bough 666 Fifth Avenue for $1.8b (18 = 6 + 6 + 6).
Maduro was 63 years and 40 days old.
This operation took place 8880 days after 9/11.
Manuel Noriega
The operation took place exactly 36 years after the US arrested Manuel Noriega, the military dictator of Panama, in a similar operation.

This can also be measured as a span of 13150 days.
On the day of his arrest, Manuel Noriega was 55 years, which reduces to 1, and 326 days old.
On the date of Maduro’s arrest, Noriega would have been a span of 91 years, 10 months, 3 weeks and 3 days old, like 911 33.
From the birth of Manuel Noriega to the birth of Nicolas Maduro was 28 years, 9 months and 11 days, like how the US was 91128 days old for the operation.
Manuel Noriega died, however, 10008 days after his arrest, on the day leaving 216 days remaining in the year.
Noriega died 19911 days after Maduro was born.

Manuel Noriega died age 999 months and 18 days. 999 is 666 upside down and 18 is 6 + 6 + 6.
Astrology of the Operation
Here is the astrology chart of the event and how it impacts the US natal chart:
We can see a stellium of planets in Capricorn with Mars and Venus closely conjoining the Sun. All of these placements have to do with strategy and discipline, like this was a very quick and well executed military operation.
When it comes to the astrology of a country, the Sun represents the leader or government, which in this case is President Trump, who was presented as the strategically minded commander in chief for this operation. The conjunction of The Sun, Mars and Venus is illuminating a full moon conjunct the US natal Sun placement, which put Donald Trump up front and centre for this story. Mars, which rules the military and war, is exalted in Capricorn and at its most strategic and disciplined, which characterised an operation conducted with peak military precision and cold efficiency.
Transiting Mercury in Capricorn is also closely opposing the US natal Jupiter and Venus in Cancer. This is about strategic planning for long term security, and also the need to put a spin on things to sidestep any potential backlash.
Mars and Venus in particular have to do with desire, and when they come together it is about taking what you want. They are both combust, very close to the Sun, and close to Cazimi – in the “heart” of the Sun, when the themes are strongly heightened and exalted – so this desire and the will to do something to get it is intensely heated up. To top it off, this is taking place in the US’s 2nd house of money, material possisions and acquisition and it’s opposite a full moon in the US’s 8th house of other people’s assets. If we were to look Venezuela’s chart, we would also see that Capricorn rules its 3rd house of communication and neighbours.
All three of these are closely squaring the Saturn placement in the US natal chart. Saturn in Libra, especially in the chart of a government, has to do with fairness and the rule of law. Whatever you may believe about the US government, it is famous for the rights enshrined in its constitution and does a much better job of maintaining law and order than many places in the world. It is in the US’ 11th house of community, humanitarianism and groups.
Because of this square aspect, the desire to take control is coming up against this need to do things by the book. The Sun, Mars and Venus are in the superior position, so the desire to take control wins out, regardless of the consequences or questionable legality, which was in fact widely questioned, of simply rolling into another country, abducting the sitting president and his family and then taking control of their oil reserves.
Saturn-Neptune Conjunction
This brings us to the Saturn-Neptune conjunction. This operation took place 48 days before the conjunction, which takes place about every 35 years. This is rare conjunction between slow moving outer planets taking place at the first degree of the Zodiac, one of the world points, meaning that it’s effects will be felt all around the world for a long time (!).
This meant that the event took place shortly before Neptune entered Aries, when it was in the final, “anuretic“, degree of Pisces; this means it was the last chance for the Neptune in Pisces to be expressed before it’s gone for a long time. Illusory Neptune in mystical, imaginative Pisces is, amongst other things, about smoke & mirrors and fog of war, which is fitting considering that the power to Caracas was cut beforehand and the operation took place under cover of darkness.
This is also about setting the stage for the upcoming energy of the conjunction. Neptune is about illusions, the collective consciousness, the media and the stories we tell ourselves about the world, the blurring and washing away of boundaries. Saturn is about cold hard reality, practicality, limitations, restrictions and boundaries.
Saturn-Neptune conjunctions are therefore about tearing down old narratives and creating a new story, bringing ideals and the imagination into reality. They often have to do with the redrawing of borders. Again, this is especially potent at one of the world points, and the first degree of the Zodiac at that.

The 1917 conjunction in Leo saw the end of WW1, when stories of true heroism became a dominant narrative after some of the deadliest battles in history had taken place. It also saw the Bolshevik revolution and the formation of the Soviet Union, which at the time was about idealistic narratives – communism and the empowerment of the workers – becoming a reality in the world.
The 1953 conjunction in Libra saw the beginnings of the Cold war, when the world story became about the balance of power between the United States and capitalist aligned countries, vs the Soviet Union and communist aligned countries. It also saw the death of Stalin and the birth of Putin.
The 1989 conjunction in Capricorn saw the fall of the Berlin wall (which took place just 4 days before the final exact conjunction), the collapse of the Soviet Union and the beginning of US hegemony over the world stage. It wasn’t long after this that George HW Bush gave his speech about the New World Order, fitting for rigid and orderly Saturn in its home sign of responsibility, discipline and hierarchy. This conjunction gave birth to a new rules based international order, “a world where the rule of law supplants the rule of the jungle.”
This new conjunction in the first degree of Aries, however, is more about “bravery, passion and spontaneity“; taking direct action in pursuit of visionary goals rather than being tied down by complex and overbearing legal structures. Responsible and mature Saturn is fallen in impulsive Aries, so it’s about coming up against authority structures, but also about caution and tempering recklessness. Saturn in Aries prefers “might makes right” and swift, impulsive executive action over slow, bureaucratic consensus. This will also be happening in the US’s 5th house of creativity and pleasure, something which some may say has been rather suppressed throughout the last era.
