Earlier today, Miami F.C. just won its first MLS Cup. McLaren’s return to the top of the class in Formula One truly started at the 2024 Miami Grand Prix, where Lando captured his first career F1 victory. Lando is the name of a popular character from Star Wars (Calrissian). Check out my post on that from last year.
Well it just so happened that Star Wars lead actor Mark Hamill was visiting the U.S. President at the White House on the last work day before the race in Miami. Not only that – U.S. President Donald Trump also paid visit to the McLaren garage on race weekend.
Two months later, Oscar Piastri won his first Formula One race on the same day Joe Biden dropped out of the U.S. Presidential race. Check out the video I made on that last year:
President Biden = 81 / 81 was 81 years, 8 months, 1 day old on that date. Piastri drives the #81 car.
