Super Bowl Champion George Atkinson of the Raiders Dies @ 78
On Monday afternoon, we learned of the death of Raiders legend George Atkinson II. He was a part of the Raiders team that won Super Bowl XI, which was also the only championship legendary head coach and broadcaster John Madden won as the team’s coach. As such, their deaths are numerically-connected.
However, this is not the first time I’ve decoded the death of a man named George Atkinson. In December of 2019, I made this post following the demise of his son George Atkinson III, who also had an NFL career as a running back, albeit a much shorter one.
The Raiders safety died at age 78
78 is a number strongly-associated with another George, George W. Bush, who has Primary birth numerology of 78 and is a member of the Skull & Bones society:
