Blake Perkins Robs AND Hits a Home Run in the Same Inning
This is my first of two posts on this story. First, it’s important to see how an amazing feat by Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Blake Perkins was coded, as it will lead into the news of MLB’s statistical update.

I haven’t blogged about any baseball this year, because quite frankly, the sport has lost much of its appeal to me over the past few years. Maybe it’s because I’m losing patience as I age.
Anyway, while I was out last night, I saw Brewers outfielder Blake Perkins rob a home run by snagging a deep fly ball from over the center field fence:
But that wasn’t all he did. In the very next half-inning, he came up to the plate and blasted a two-run home run of his own:
So he robbed a home run, and then immediately hit one. I’ve seen a lot of baseball in my years, and I can’t recall ever seeing that. This happened on the night of May 29th, which is the anniversary for the State of Wisconsin.
But what made this truly incredible?
I was unable to find a screenshot of the interview, but as shown by the highlight’s top comment on Reddit, Blake Perkins actually talked to the announcers before the game, and he was asked whether he enjoyed robbing or hitting home runs:
For good measure, Perkins dazzled again in the 7th inning by making this incredible outstretched catch, which was probably more difficult than the catch to rob the homer:
The Tower
But of course, there’s more. Perkins, whose name starts with the 16th letter, wears #16. The final score of this game just happened to be 10-6.
Without beating a dead horse, this stands out because 16 is the big number trending lately, as I’ve been consistently blogging about. See my last post where I mention how Albert Ruddy was connected to the number 16 through the Tower card, which is the 16th of the Tarot.
The ultimate Tower ritual played out on September 11th. Blake Perkins was born one day before that date on September 10th. Both of these dates (w/out and with end date) are 160 days after April 4th, the date the World Trade Center first opened.
Perkins’ home run came off of pitcher Shota Imanaga, who was having an historic start to the season before last night.
Perkins made his Big League debut on 4/19
4/19 was the date of the Oklahoma City bombing, when a federal Tower was destroyed:
This game was played against the Chicago Cubs. Last November, Brewers manager Craig Counsell left the team so he could go manage for the Cubs. That happened on 11/6, which is an upside-down 9/11. See my post on that move from when it happened.
The home run he robbed came off the bat of Christopher Morel.
1109 is the 186th Prime number
911 is the 156th Prime number
It was on a date with Standard numerology of 58:
See my next post to learn how this is a riddle connected to Negro league baseball and the new MLB average leader, Josh Gibson.
See the bottom of this post on the Monaco Grand Prix that explores the importance of that number to 9/11. The number 58 is half of 116.
The Moon
The 9/11 attacks fell on the 254th day of the year:
Because Perkins was born in a leap year, his date of birth was also the 254th day of the year:
Why is the Brown Lunation number so important here?
As I have been documenting since the very beginning of this Blog, the Brewers are one of the teams in MLB that are heavily-connected to The Moon. A simple search of my Blog gives you about 40 posts that are at least somewhat connected.
The Moon has an equatorial diameter of 2160 miles:
The game fell on the date leaving 216 days in the year:
Bob Uecker
The numerology of the Brewers is largely centered around its radio broadcaster, Bob Uecker, the greatest to ever do it. Look at how strongly Blake’s full name connects to the legend.
Shota Imanaga’s nickname might be one of my favorites – The Throwing Philosopher.
May 28th
Brewers and Moon each sum to 90 in Ordinal.
2024 is a leap year, but if it wasn’t, Uecker would have been 90 years, 123 days old for the game as well. May 28th is also relevant because it can be written as 28/5.
May 28th is typically written as 5/28.
May 28th was also the date we learned about the death of Albert Ruddy. Check my post on him out to see how the number 528 was coded into his film The Godfather. Ruddy was 26100 days old on 9/11.
