American Idol Season 5 Star Mandisa Dies @ 47

This is my first of three posts on the death of Mandisa.

Mandisa was a contestant during Season 5 of American Idol, where she was eliminated in ninth place. The man who had to give her the bad news was host Ryan Seacrest.

This is the second death I’ve decoded connected to American Idol in the past year. In February of 2023, country music producer Kyle Jacobs died suddenly at the age of just 49. Jacobs was married to Kellie Pickler, one of the show’s most successful contestants, who was also featured in Season 5 of the show. Additionally, both Mandisa and Kyle Jacobs died in the state of Tennessee.

This post will examine how the death of Mandisa is a riddle connected to Skull and Bones, which calls Yale University its home.
