NFL Begins Week 13 With a Huge Tribute to “Thirteen”
The first game of NFL Week 13 will feature Dallas hosting the Seahawks on November 30th, or 11/30, the date that leaves 31 days in the year.
The owner of the Dallas Cowboys is Jerry Jones, who was born on the 13th day of the month. 13 years ago, Dallas hosted the Super Bowl for the first, and to this date only, time. That game was won by the Green Bay Packers, who picked up their 13th NFL Championship (see my recent post for more). This year happens to be Green Bay’s 103rd season in the league.
The head coach of that Packers team, Mike McCarthy, is now the coach of the Cowboys. Mike has those M.M. or 13–13 initials and was born on a date with Primary numerology of 103:
The Packers defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers in that game, who play in McCarthy’s hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
This year’s Super Bowl will be the first one held in Las Vegas.
Dallas is 10-9 against Seattle all-time. 10/9 was the 322nd anniversary of Yale University, home to the Skull & Bones secret society.
The game falls 103 weeks after the last Total eclipse and 130 days before the next:
13 × 13 = 169. To begin Week 13, the Cowboys play the Seattle Seahawks, who scored 13 points in their last game.
McCarthy and the Packers won Super Bowl 45 in Dallas. The Cowboys scored 45 points in their last game against the Commanders on Thanksgiving.
The 13th Prime number is 41
The 41st Prime number is 179
Although the Cowboys are based in Dallas, Texas, they actually play their home games within the boundaries of Arlington, Texas.
Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll is looking for the 179th win of his career, including the playoffs.
Thirty-nine (39)
If Pete Carroll and the Seahawks are able to pull off the primetime upset over the Cowboys, it would also be the 390th win during the regular season for Seattle.
So…it’s looking pretty good for the Seahawks, isn’t it? Not so fast…
There’s always at least some coding for both teams in a game like this. Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy comes into the game with 39 total wins for Dallas including the playoffs, and would get his 39th regular season win for the franchise with a victory.
Furthermore, Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott enters the game with 39 career losses. A win would keep him there on that special number.
Jerry Jones has a Life Lesson number of 39:
He bought the team in 1989 on the date leaving 309 days in the year:
The next Cowboys win will be their 309th since that date:
The 39th Prime number is 167
A victory for the home squad would also keep Pete Carroll at 167 regular season victories.
Dallas is home to the 214 Area code:
Curiously, the NFL Executive of the Year in 2014.
Wager Wire
When reviewing the basics, it certainly seems like the Cowboys are destined to win this game, thus making their inevitable playoff defeat that much more devastating for the team’s desperate fanbase. However, if you’re trying to make money off the game, take into account that most books have Dallas at about -440, meaning a successful $100 bet will only earn you $23 in profit.
Meanwhile, a win for Seattle would yield a $330 profit for a $100 bet.
