WWE Merges With UFC Under Endeavor Group Holdings

WWE merged with the Ultimate Fighting Championship in a deal that was announced on the same date as WrestleMania Thirty-nine (39).

Prior to the deal, WWE was hoping to sell for higher than their initial $6 billion valuation. Rather surprisingly, they ended up being acquired by UFC owner Endeavor Group Holdings, for a whopping $9.3 billion.

It just so happens this deal was made official on April third, the 93rd day of the year, which is widely-believed to be the date Jesus was crucified:

The day before the World Trade Center first opened was the 93rd day of the year. On 9/11, the first plane struck the 93rd floor of the North Tower. The second plane struck just as the clock changed to 9:03. George W. Bush addressed the nation as the clock struck 9:30…later that day, Flight 93 reportedly crashed in Pennsylvania. The World Trade Center was also bombed in the year ’93, which is the same year as the UFC’s first event.

Walt Disney

The two planes that hit the Twin Towers were Flights 11 and 175. Add them together and you get 186 – the first multiple of 93. In the year 1986, Vince McMahon went on Larry King Live and said he wanted to be the “Walt Disney of Wrestling.”

Walt’s full name has gematria of 93 with the S Exception.

UFC was valued at $12.1 billion. This is the gematria of its owner, Endeavor Group Holdings, Inc.

Walk With Elias

WWE will now be owned by a company called Endeavor immediately after WrestleMania Thirty-nine.

WWE stands for World Wrestling Entertainment, which has matching 132 gematria with Walt Disney.

As seen above, Walt Disney’s middle name was Elias. It just so happens that the WWE has a wrestler they named Elias. The merger fell 132 days after Elias’s birthday, and 233 days before his next:
