No, I’m not equating these two behaviors. See below if you care what I think. But these two men have some freakish connections by the numbers.

Although I do my best to withhold judgment of any other human being, as I too am a sinner born into just one pair of shoes, my opinions about homosexuality would be considered unaccepting and homophobic by mainstream standards. Of course, “homophobia” is a ridiculous word in the first place; implying that homosexual behavior somehow instill fears in others is laughable. People upset by that might be surprised, however, that I have a similar stance on heterosexuals who don’t treat their relationships with the proper respect.
Ultimately, it comes down to my belief that a relationship with someone of the same sex cannot does not have the same opportunity for spiritual and intellectual growth as a traditional one. The challenge of uniting and aligning with the opposite energy is what transforms us into the best versions of ourselves.
Unfortunately, most people see these ideas as hateful, even though they actually come from a place of love. Remember, a “sin” is just a term for missing the mark. It’s a free country and we should all be allowed to do whatever we want, as long as it’s not harming anyone else.
