On January 24th, 2018, the Empire State Building provided a light show set to music from Phantom of the Opera.
While it’s said this was to honor the play’s 30th anniversary on Broadway, this is only partially true.
January 24th falls one week, or seven days, before the first total lunar eclipse of 2018.
