Checking the video from the link above – same old, same old. Just some personnel on site, no evidence that anything happened…no urgency, no victims, no sirens, nothing.
The date of this attack was April 7th, written 4/7 here in the States. It happened in a town named Muenster:
Germans write this 4/7 date as 7/4. This “ramming attack” in Germany occurred 474 days after a similar attack in Germany at a Christmas market in December of 2016:
