When I checked the news last night and saw there was a mass shooting at Brown University, I almost couldn’t believe it. Not because I’m shocked by the idea of gun violence on an American campus – this is something we read about in the news on almost a weekly basis. Instead, I could barely believe that I would be given such an easy decode to complete.
What makes this decode so simple? The Brown Lunation Number is what we use to count each New Moon, as has been done since January of 1923. The Brown Lunation Number is named after mathematician and astronomer Ernest William Brown.
Just hours after this shooting, WWE Superstar John Cena took to the squared circle for his retirement match. As I have been pointing out for years, his numerology is completely centered around the Moon.

The President of Brown University is Christina Hull Paxson.
Paxson isn’t the only President this is synced to. Cena’s last match was held in Washington, D.C., which is home to the American President. In 2024, President Donald Trump was allegedly fired upon during a rally in Pennsylvania, resulting in a wounded ear.
Brown University is located in the city of Providence.
Providence is in Rhode Island. During the first match of Cena’s last show, Cody Rhodes suffered a bloody ear, almost identical to what we saw on Trump after being shot in the ear:
