Bowling Legend Mark Roth Dies @ 70
Mark Roth inspired a generation of bowlers to take up the game, having dominated the PBA during a big chunk of the 70’s and 80’s. He was so good that the Professional Bowlers Association named their annual MVP award after him.
Mark Roth was born on April 10th, which can be written as 10/4 or 4/10.
Roth’s run of PBA dominance ended in 1987, which is the 300th Prime number. 300 is a perfect game in bowling; current Mark Roth Award winner Wes Malott has rolled 41 of them.
Roth is also notable for completing the first Seven-Ten split on television. That happened 41 years ago.

Roth was inducted into the National Jewish Sports Hall of Fame in 2014.
Israel’s flag is the Star of David, and 541 is the 10th Star number:
Because 1948 was a leap year, Israel gained independence on the 135th day of the year:
“13 / 33” Code
In 13 seasons, Roth won 33 titles (’75 – ’87).
3313 is the 24th Star number
The 24th Triangular number is 300
Someone added the “Mark Roth Award” list to Wikipedia 13 months, 3 weeks, 3 days before he died.
Roth died a span of exactly 33 weeks after his birthday, or 231 days. “Wesley Clint Malott” = 231, and Israel’s founding date leaves 231 days in the year.
