Joe Biden Blamed for National Guard Shooting by Afghan Refugee

The main controversy with this story is that the alleged perpetrator was allowed into the country as an Afghan refugee during the 2021 withdrawal from Afghanistan, which was a heavily-criticized operation during Joe Biden’s first summer in office. Despite the DHS claiming their policy is to vet all immigrants, Alejandro Mayorkas declined to confirm that the Afghanis all were.

As expected, Donald Trump has blamed Biden for the attack in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, the 26th. One glance at the numbers, however, suggests this event may be yet another extension of the government’s order out of chaos modus operandi.

It goes without saying that political division feels like it’s at an all-time high. This will continue to escalate, at least as viewed through the lens of the mainstream media, as disputes about illegal immigration spill to the streets of many American cities.
