The 1998 movie Snake Eyes starts with the political assassination of Charlie Kirkland at a fight featuring a boxer named Lincoln Tyler (the “Executioner“) on September 10th.

Earlier this month, Charlie Kirk, whose Turning Point co-founder was born in Lincoln, was the victim of a political assassination, allegedly being executed by a man named Tyler Robinson on September 10th.

The assassination in Snake Eyes occurs in Atlantic City, where casinos are legal. In gambling, a Snake Eyes refers to the roll of two ones:
