Charlie Kirk was born in the Chicagoland area, and was an avid Bears fan. In fact, one of his final videos addressed the team’s heartbreaking Week 1 loss against the Vikings:

The Vikings defeated the Chicago Bears on Monday Night Football.
The story about Evergreen H.S. reminds us of the “Evergreen” ship, the Ever Given, that bottlenecked shipping in Egypt back in 2021. That was also a Mercurial event.
