Devastating Central Texas Floods Kill Over 100 People

At least 82 dead in Texas, dozens still missing after catastrophic flooding

Although many towns have been ravaged by the floods in Texas that broke out over the weekend, the focal point of the damage appears to be in the city of Kerrville, Texas.
