Jonas Brother Nick Runs Off Stage Because of Laser Pointer

Yesterday, I made this post on the death of One Direction member Liam Payne. After I finished the video I made earlier today, I remembered that Payne’s death came on the heels of another bizarre story in the world of Boy Bands.

On Tuesday night, just one day earlier, Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers made headlines after he bolted off stage in the middle of a song, forcing a stoppage of music and a wave of fear sweeping throughout the audience.

Apparently, Nick had become frightened after noticing a laser pointer was being aimed directly at his head. I guess it’s a good thing he wasn’t famous in the 90’s, when literally hundreds of people in the crowd would be shining laser pointers at him. But really, the idea that this scared him badly enough to stop the show is hilarious. As much as I want to say this is a troubling sign of where manhood is headed, it does appear this is part of a script.
